This policy explains how ООО «СКРИПТА ИТ» collects and uses data on scripta.one: to respond to project inquiries, operate the AI assistant, and understand website traffic.

03Data we collect
When you browse the site, our analytics tools automatically collect technical and usage data: approximate region (derived from IP, not stored as a precise address), device and browser type, screen size, pages visited, time on page, and the referring source.
With Yandex Metrica's Webvisor we may record anonymized session activity (mouse movement, clicks, scrolling) and build heatmaps to understand how pages are used. We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data.
04Project inquiries and AI assistant
When you send a project inquiry, you provide your name, email, project description, selected services and budget. In the AI assistant you may also provide a phone number, messenger contact and project files. We use this information to discuss your project and respond to you. Inquiries can be delivered to the studio by email, Telegram and our CRM. Messages sent to the AI assistant are processed by OpenAI to generate a reply. Do not include passwords, payment card details, sensitive personal data or information you are not authorized to share.
05Cookies & analytics services
The site uses first- and third-party cookies for analytics. We use Yandex Metrica (including Webvisor and clickmap), operated by Yandex, and Google Analytics 4, operated by Google. These providers process data under their own privacy policies, and some processing may occur on servers outside your country.
06Why we use it
We process this data to measure traffic, understand how the site is used, fix problems, and improve content and UX. The legal basis is your consent (given via the cookie notice) together with our legitimate interest in operating and improving the site.
07Your choices
You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Yandex Metrica, and opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. You may also request access to or deletion of data associated with you by contacting us. Disabling analytics does not affect core site functionality.
08Data retention
Aggregated analytics data is retained for as long as needed for analysis, subject to the retention periods set by Yandex and Google. Session recordings are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
