This Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how SCRIPTA ONE ("we", "us") collects and uses data when you visit scripta.one. We collect only what we need to understand site traffic and improve the experience. We do not sell your personal data.

When you browse the site, our analytics tools automatically collect technical and usage data: approximate region (derived from IP, not stored as a precise address), device and browser type, screen size, pages visited, time on page, and the referring source.
With Yandex Metrica's Webvisor we may record anonymized session activity (mouse movement, clicks, scrolling) and build heatmaps to understand how pages are used. We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data.
03Cookies & analytics services
The site uses first- and third-party cookies for analytics. We use Yandex Metrica (including Webvisor and clickmap), operated by Yandex, and Google Analytics 4, operated by Google. These providers process data under their own privacy policies, and some processing may occur on servers outside your country.
04Why we use it
We process this data to measure traffic, understand how the site is used, fix problems, and improve content and UX. The legal basis is your consent (given via the cookie notice) together with our legitimate interest in operating and improving the site.
05Your choices
You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Yandex Metrica, and opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. You may also request access to or deletion of data associated with you by contacting us. Disabling analytics does not affect core site functionality.
06Data retention
Aggregated analytics data is retained for as long as needed for analysis, subject to the retention periods set by Yandex and Google. Session recordings are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
